Project Launch “Our Food Our Future”

We are pleased to announce the official start of the ‘Our Food Our Future’ project, funded by EU resources.

The aim of our project is to build the capacity for change in harmful attitudes, habits, and patterns of behavior that affect food waste.

Our activities are based on cross-sector cooperation in the fields of education, trade, agricultural and food production, and experts in food management and sustainable development.

The project involves organizations from Poland, Italy, and Greece, representing various disciplines: the design and implementation of production systems in the food and agricultural industry, food psychology, and food technology and human nutrition.

“I am eagerly looking forward to the start of this exciting project, which will enable the comparison of intensified current efforts to reduce wastage in Poland, Italy, and Greece, three countries that manage the system of monitoring wasted food and the effective program of loss rationalization and food waste reduction in different ways,” says Justyna Markoff, the project manager on the Polish side.
