Between October 18–21, participants of the project took part in an educational mobility in Avola, Sicily, Italy. The aim of the trip was to promote education on sustainable nutrition, food waste prevention, and the environmental impact of everyday consumer choices.

The program was rich in practical activities, workshops, meetings, and integration tasks. Participants took part in:
- the “Water-Footprint” workshop, where they learned how much water is hidden in their everyday food choices,
- the creation of a global connection map in the food production system,
- activities focused on interpreting nutritional labels,
- planning sustainable meals,
- culinary workshops, including the hands-on preparation of traditional Italian pizza at Masseria Usamborgia.

The schedule also included meetings in public spaces, integration activities, and a simulation of the Sustainability Council.
🤝 What we learned during the mobility:
- We expanded our environmental awareness and understood the impact of daily choices on the planet,
- We gained knowledge about meal planning and food waste reduction,
- We developed culinary and analytical skills through hands-on learning,
- We enhanced our language skills by working in an international team,
- We got to know Sicilian culture and traditions, learning openness and cooperation
