Justyna Markoff

Justyna Markoff is a dynamic project leader with eleven years of experience in leading national and international projects. She is a graduate of the National Film School in Łódź named after L. Schiller and postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Justyna has coordinated over 30 annual projects and collaborated with renowned institutions such as the Social Academy of Sciences and Malinowski & Partners. Her expertise includes innovation management and the use of SAT tools, as confirmed in the IMProve project under the guidance of the American specialist Andrew Thomas Kearney.

Joanna Tyszkiewicz

Joanna Tyszkiewicz combines pedagogical knowledge with practical experience as a soft skills trainer and project coordinator with a broad scope. She was a co-creator of one of the first Social Innovation Incubators in Poland and has collaborated with public administration, business, and non-governmental organizations. Her education includes numerous courses in social competence, including the Aflateen program and training in Solution-Focused Therapy. Joanna is a professional with a passion for creating social innovations and supporting competency development in diverse environments.

Konrad Pluciński

Konrad Pluciński is an expert in process management and leadership with extensive experience in implementing Lean and Agile methodologies. His work focuses on developing organizational strategies and leading teams and projects using modern methods, including artificial intelligence-based solutions. Konrad is also an experienced trainer and coach, utilizing his skills to support leaders and teams in achieving higher efficiency. The combination of knowledge in psychology, technology, and business allows him to create personalized solutions that are not only effective but also ethical and sustainable. Completion of postgraduate programs in IT resource management and the Kaizen Academy, as well as certification in Scrum, AgilePM, Management 3.0, and Prompt Crafting, demonstrate his deep commitment to continuous professional development.

Eleni Plevra

Eleni Plevra, as a trainer and Project Manager, as well as the President of EN.O Greece, brings her extensive competencies to every initiative. Her specialization as a Trainer in Gender Equality, Violence, and Human Trafficking, obtained under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Internal Affairs, supports significant social changes. Eleni is an expert in using ICT for education and storytelling in learning, complementing her master’s degree in “Gender and Work Environments in the Digital Age.”
Eleni Ivasina is a trainer and Project Manager with a master’s degree in European Policies on Youth, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Culture. As the Vice President of EN.O Greece, she is also a certified trainer in Erasmus+ Youth and Solidarity Corps projects by SALTO and National Agencies. She specializes in working with youth as a tool to counter violent extremism and radicalization, manage migration and diversity, and utilize storytelling in education.

Marco Strangio

Marco Strangio is an industrial engineer with extensive technical experience in the agri-food and agricultural industry, who has transferred his knowledge and skills to the field of project management. As the secretary of the association and a project manager in the Erasmus+ program, he focuses on youth exchange and the mobility of youth operators, bringing valuable experiences from the business and social entrepreneurship sectors. His commitment and competencies are key in creating new opportunities for youth in the hospitality and agriculture sectors. 

Jessica Lombardo

Jessica Lombardo is an experienced teacher of linguistics as well as Italian and Latin literature, specializing in supporting students with special educational needs. A graduate of prestigious Italian studies at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna and an expert in school methodologies, Jessica uses her skills to create inclusion and promote diversity in education. In her role as a coordinator of the project writing team, she is invaluable in creating educational programs for youth, including those with autism. 

Alice Milintenda

Alice Milintenda is a youth leader and an exceptionally active member of a non-governmental organization, studying law at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. Her passion is international and community law, highlighting her interests and commitment to global issues. As a student and activist, Alice translates her academic interests into practical actions for change within the organization.
