The foundation, working for comprehensive support for social, professional, and personal development, primarily focuses on individuals in less favorable life situations. Concentrating on three key areas: Long-Life Learning, care for psychophysical well-being, and adaptation to the changing labor market, creates a coherent action strategy of the Foundation aimed at improving the quality of life of its beneficiaries and enabling them fuller participation in social and professional life. The Foundation offers access to education and training, focusing on disadvantaged groups and collaborates with experts and institutions to offer training at the highest level.
Through individual mentoring and coaching, it tailors educational paths to the participants’ needs, supporting them in overcoming barriers and achieving professional goals. Programs related to psychophysical well-being focus on education about healthy eating, physical activity, and techniques for managing stress and caring for mental health.
By developing future competencies, the Foundation promotes entrepreneurship and innovation, offering career counseling and planning programs, supporting the building of professional development strategies and adaptive skills. Networking and building a professional community allow for the exchange of experiences and the establishment of new business contacts, which facilitates the professional development of beneficiaries. The Creative Initiatives Factory Foundation, striving to create a stronger, more integrated community, plays a key role in promoting lifelong education, care for well-being, and adaptation to the dynamically changing labor market.

Associazione Culturale Usamborgia

The association was founded with the initiative of promoting social inclusion and the sustainable development of young people, social development, environmental defense, health protection, diversity, and constructive dialogue. Its goals are achieved through activities such as mobility and cultural exchanges, connecting youth with the EU, its programs, and its values. It also works on improving the employability of unemployed young people, especially those from southern Italy, by promoting work in agriculture, ancient crafts, and manual jobs. The association hosts young people from all over the world at its educational farm, creating a social environment where training courses can be carried out.
Activities such as cheese making, bread baking, olive oil, and almond production are experienced, recalling ancient traditions and promoting health and social well-being. Collaboration with local associations and farms is conducted to promote organic farming, based on respect for nature, animal welfare, and human health.
The association has experience in the field of non-formal and formal educational activities, carrying out numerous Erasmus+ projects and activities in collaboration with non-governmental organizations and local authorities. The themes of the activities include the environment, climate change, pollution, waste, entrepreneurship, agriculture, physical and mental health, and healthy food.

EN.O Greece

Established in 2012 and based in the Municipality of Thessaloniki, it is a non-governmental organization with 3 branches in Greece. Collaboration with several Municipalities and Administrative Regions in Greece contributes to the support of its activities and actions. The first mobility activities and projects, both on a local and international level, were initiated in 2007, gaining recognition as an innovative action by the Ministry of Education, which attests to the organization’s high-quality expertise. EN.O Greece has gained experience in youth and adult education, and in 2016, it was officially recognized as an Adult Education Training Center, offering training courses and activities for youth workers.
This organization is active in a range of topics, including environment, culture and art, social inclusion, active citizenship, youth policy, youth participation, intercultural dialogue, promotion of multiculturalism, ICT and new technologies, new media and media literacy, human rights, gender equality, and prevention of xenophobia, extremism, racism, and radicalization.
The organization regularly conducts training courses, language courses, interactive workshops, seminars, conferences, camps, and information campaigns. At the European level, particularly within the framework of Erasmus+, it has been active since 2014. As a member of the Anna Lindh Foundation, EN.O Greece participates in the largest network of civil society organizations engaged in promoting intercultural dialogue in the Mediterranean region.
