Food waste is one of the most serious challenges in the world today, with significant impacts on environmental degradation and catastrophic climate change. Our research aims to understand patterns of food management behaviour at the household level to help identify key factors contributing to food waste. The research will cover three main thematic areas, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of the problem.

Panel discussions
Reducing food waste in Warsaw, Thessaloniki or Avola is possible! During the panel discussions we will discuss the strategy and actions to reduce food waste by 30% over the next three years.Workshops
In the Food Art workshop, we will explore different techniques and strategies to create culinary artworks that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This will give participants a better understanding of how emotions, senses and social codes influence the way we perceive food, and how these elements can be integrated into the creative process.
